We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate Attorney to join our Denver team. This role is ideal for recent law school graduates or attorneys with up to 3 years of experience interested in building a career in real estate law, supporting multiple practice areas. Requirements Provide real estate and land use advice to clients in Colorado and nationwide on redevelopment projects, transit-oriented developments, airport projects, infrastructure PPPs, renewable energy, and mixed-use projects. Assist in drafting transactional documents such as purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, loan documents, options, covenants, access agreements, and construction documents. Conduct due diligence including title and survey review, and land use regulation review. Support closings of real estate transactions. Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and stakeholders. Support overlapping practice areas and explore innovative solutions for clients’ complex problems. Ideal Candidate Traits: Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with independence when needed. Legal degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Colorado or another U.S. jurisdiction. 0-3 years of relevant transactional law experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with real estate transactions, land use, or finance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with urban redevelopment, land use, public financing, or construction law. Collegial, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. Position Details:
Full-time, based in Denver, CO. Expectation of 1,600 billable hours annually, with flexible pro bono hours. Hybrid work environment with some remote work. Salary range: $145,000 - $165,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and transportation support. Seniority level
