is responsible for generating sales and building relationships with clients, including facility managers, interior designers, architects, contractors and others who influence the sale. The successful candidate will develop product presentation skills to enable confident client interaction and problem solving with architectural products (wall panel systems, acoustics, and flooring) and develop product brand awareness in the marketplace. This role is located in the Greater Dallas area and reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Occasional travel to other company locations may be required for customer plant visits, headquarters sales calls, and tradeshows. Koroseal is headquartered in Northeast Ohio, with manufacturing and operations in Louisville, Kentucky and a nationwide sales team. Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored architectural product solutions. Conduct product demonstrations or presentations, highlighting features and benefits that meet client requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the company CRM system. Consistently follow up with leads, providing timely responses to inquiries and concerns. Engage in consultative selling by asking questions and actively listening to understand customer needs. Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client needs and company offerings. Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on how Koroseal products can add value to their business. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to identify new business opportunities. Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services, including key features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive business growth. Attend industry events, trade shows, or conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services. Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or Sales 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in interior decorative or architectural products (wall panel systems, acoustics, or flooring) Strong sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand client needs and offer solutions Ability to maintain a client-first approach and build lasting relationships A driven individual with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and handle objections Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration Must be able to walk and sit for long periods of time, and be able to lift up to 20 lbs safely Other duties as assigned Koroseal Total Rewards
