What are we looking for? At Cosentino ( www.cosentino.com ), we are seeking a Sales Manager based in DALLAS, TX, covering parts of the DFW Metro, East Texas, Texarkana, and Shreveport, Louisiana. Join a multinational, expanding environment with challenging projects. What will you do? As a Sales Manager, you will develop, manage, and grow Cosentino's sales division for both commercial and residential markets, focusing on product awareness, acceptance, and sales to designated accounts and segments for interior and exterior applications. You will be the main point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintaining positive, profitable relationships. You will actively pursue sales and brand loyalty by engaging with architects, designers, fabricators, builders, developers, and contractors, collaborating with the sales team. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of stone surfacing products within your territory. Present and sell products to clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, and fabrication sectors. Customer Service Provide marketing materials such as samples, brochures, and display towers to support sales. Manage customer relationships through CRM, resolve concerns, provide quotes, and schedule visits. Increase market share by expanding displays and point-of-purchase materials. Account Management Manage reports, sales budgets, and expenses within set limits. Assist with regional account rollout programs, which may involve travel outside the assigned area. Build relationships with universities and industry associations, engaging with leaders and students. Business Development Represent Cosentino at industry events and develop relationships with builders, architects, designers, and property managers. Manage sales development within core markets, maintaining market awareness and pursuing growth opportunities. Continuously learn about Cosentino products, application, and installation to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with management to execute regional business strategies across customer segments. Negotiate and close contracts for materials, installation, and services, and promote products in showrooms and model homes. What you need to succeed Professional Experience At least 4 years in sales or field merchandising. Minimum 2 years in commercial and builder sales. Experience in stone fabrication or distribution. CRM experience, preferably Salesforce. Knowledge Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Ability to develop industry-related workshops or events. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
