This outside sales role covers the Greensboro/Charlotte, NC territory and involves selling a full line of office solutions, including multi-function devices, color printers, and software solutions (e‑BRIDGE Global Print, Document Capture, Document Management, and Digital Signage), as well as other non-Toshiba products. As the Outside Sales Executive, you will generate new business, bring innovative solutions to clients, help them cut costs, secure documents, and reduce their environmental footprint. You will also gain exposure to multiple business units and have opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career. What You’ll Be Doing
Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads. Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products. Drive net new business through prospecting and a high conversion rate of warm leads from lead generation campaigns. Work with clients to understand objectives and needs, aligning Toshiba products and services to opportunities; develop relationships and deliver high levels of client care. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinate sale terms and client training; act as an ambassador for Toshiba. Create and maintain a prospecting plan including territory management and objective-based opportunities; conduct sales reporting as required. Develop knowledge of industry trends influencing the marketplace. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Two or more years of outside or inside sales experience in a business-to-business environment, or five or more years of high-volume sales experience in one or more of the following industries: Technology, Finance, Mortgage/Real Estate and/or Consulting. Five or more years of business-to-business experience is preferred. Demonstrated experience in cold calling and prospecting. Ability to travel as required. Valid Driver's License. Compensation
First year total compensation is $120,000 (approximate), with base salary ranging from $40,000 to $48,000 depending on experience. First-year on-track earnings at 100%, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance, are about $120,000. Manufacturer incentive programs average earnings $4,000-$10,000 in addition.
