Visit cement plants and build strong relationships with the cement market. Maintain regular communication with the Company’s Director of Cement Additives and the Company’s Technical Service. Follow closely on-site field trials. Collaborate with the commercial/technical team to understand customer requirements and adjust products to support existing business and capture new market opportunities. Work with the commercial team to gather market intelligence, understand industry trends and competitors, and with Product Management to develop new products to grow and improve profitability. Develop and regularly update a competitors’ product database to support commercial growth. Develop, implement, and manage the customer complaint process to ensure timely responsiveness and high customer satisfaction. Provide value-added services to customers – seminars, technical presentations, on-site troubleshooting. Serve as the technical expert to SIKA’s customers by troubleshooting issues at cement plants, demonstrating product capabilities, recommending solutions, and representing Sika in technical proposals. Provide first-level field troubleshooting to customers. Promote a safe working environment and commit to achieving zero accidents. Report to Direct Manager on activity, market, competition, key projects, and trials. Qualifications
Diploma / University degree in engineering (preferably chemical engineering) 3-5 years hands-on field experience in the cement industry Strong relevant industry knowledge, network, and domain expertise Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply knowledge Self-starter with excellent time and self-management skills; able to work with minimal supervision Ability to work independently and travel frequently Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits
