What to Expect

Develop and execute a unified enablement strategy for direct sales and channel-driven growth

Build structured onboarding and continuous learning frameworks for Sales and Customer Success teams

Lead evaluation and deployment of enablement technologies and maintain sales playbooks

Deliver training on solutions, value drivers, and competitive positioning

Design enablement programs tailored for distribution and payer partners

What is Required

7–10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM, or Channel Enablement roles within SaaS, healthcare technology, or payer/provider ecosystems

Proven experience implementing or scaling enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong

Background in healthcare or behavioral health sales preferred

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and communicate enablement impact

How to Stand Out

Experience with partner or channel enablement in healthcare settings

Familiarity with metrics related to training impact and sales productivity

Proven ability to build competency frameworks and certification pathways

Experience working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams

Ability to develop co-branded content and engagement toolkits for partners
