Sales Support Coordinator
to provide high-level administrative support to our U.S. Sales team. This isn’t your average desk job — you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating pricing contracts, processing promotional credits, and acting as a bridge between Sales and Shared Services. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proactive mindset, and can solve problems independently and effectively. If you have a background as an
Administrative or Executive Assistant , and you're ready to level up into a more strategic, sales-facing role, this opportunity is made for you. Key Responsibilities Program and Pricing Support Maintain and update deviated pricing contracts accurately and on time. Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Shared Services, and external stakeholders for pricing-related inquiries. Process promotional sales credits and ensure timely resolution of pricing discrepancies. Account and CRM Management Support customer and territory assignments in Salesforce CRM. Maintain accurate customer and vendor information. Build and manage communication lists for account contacts and assist with territory communications. Sales Team Coordination Serve as the central point of contact for one U.S. Sales region — managing multiple ongoing projects with minimal supervision. Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Maintain awareness of team initiatives and take ownership of related support functions. Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative and executive-level support to sales leadership and field reps. Assist with calendar coordination, internal reporting, and ad-hoc requests. Prepare basic reports or dashboards (Power BI or Excel a plus, but not required). Who You Are Proven background in an
Administrative Assistant ,
Executive Assistant , or similar coordination role. Known for being a
problem solver
— you enjoy figuring things out and making things work better. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy in documents, communications, and data. Strong communicator who’s comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple priorities at once. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or Excel is a
