As we expand our New York office, we're looking for experienced 360 Perm Recruiters with a passion for business development and a strong interest in the data-driven world. This is an opportunity to build a career in one of the most in-demand and future-focused markets out there.
Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Salary and incentives Salary up to $70,000 based on experience and level
Uncapped commission 10% - 30% of the deal fee

The role
Consult closely with clients
to understand their technical hiring needs across Data, Analytics, and AI verticals, tailoring bespoke recruitment strategies to each business.
Identify and engage high-caliber data professionals , using your network, industry knowledge, and tools to source top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Manage the full recruitment cycle
– from initial engagement to offer negotiation, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Become a subject matter expert
in the Data & AI landscape – staying ahead of trends and providing strategic market insights to your clients.
Build new relationships and win business
– developing new accounts and contributing to the overall growth of Harnham’s brand in the U.S. market.
Mentor and support junior consultants
– acting as a role model within the team and contributing to a culture of collaboration and success.
Who We're Looking For
A proven track record as a 360 recruiter, ideally in a technical or niche vertical.
Demonstrated success in
new business development , with a history of winning terms and bringing in job orders.
A commercial mindset – able to spot opportunities and turn them into long-term client partnerships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-starting attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Lucrative commission structure
– up to 30% with no thresholds, and average fees between $55-60k.
