Role Overview : We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in business development and a clear BD strategy. Business Development : Actively building and managing a client portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating terms with top-tier institutions. Candidate Sourcing : Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to identify and attract top talent. Account Management : Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring seamless processes from onboarding to contract renewal. Market Expertise : Staying up to date with industry trends to provide valuable insights and strategic advice to clients and candidates. Annual Performance-Based Bonuses : In addition to your commission, you’ll receive a yearly bonus based on your performance.
