Crowe\'s Consulting Manufacturing and Distribution practice has an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Manager Consultant to join our growing team. The D365 Finance Manager will lead and/or architect solutions for D365 Finance opportunities, manage project scope with customers, assist project management, and provide functional leadership for the implementation team. The candidate should have deep knowledge of D365 Finance and a proven track record delivering complex ERP implementations. The Consultant will collaborate with Crowe team members to develop innovative solutions addressing client business challenges. Responsibilities
Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance platform Architect solutions that deliver results for clients Interface with project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to elicit business and functional requirements Act as SME for application design, feature optimization, availability, scalability, user experience, data integrity Develop functional specification designs and business scenarios Facilitate transition of requirements to delivery and development teams Participate in quality management reviews to ensure requirements are fulfilled Engage with project teams to gather assets and guidance to improve methodologies and end-customer experience Qualifications
5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementation management experience Experience with core financials and processes: GL, AR, AP, Bank/Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, Sales and Inventory Experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries preferred Knowledge of or experience with related verticals and third-party solutions to D365 Finance D365 Finance certifications preferred; other related certifications (HR, Accounting, Trade and Logistics) a plus CPA, CMA, CFA a plus Strong client and internal communication skills; able to work in collaborative teams Ability to produce concrete work product samples (functional requirements, designs, test plans) Bachelor’s degree required; prior consulting experience preferred Ability to think critically, lead technical projects with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to self-learn modern technologies and apply them quickly Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Flexibility to travel 25-50% We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship and to act ethically at all times. The wage range for this role is estimated at $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year, depending on factors including skills, experience, and location. Crowe provides a comprehensive total rewards package. Details available upon request. Equal Employment Opportunity
