Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney
position in our
Dallas, TX
Office. The Position
This is a great opportunity for lawyers with excellent research, writing and analytical skills to work with a collaborative group of experienced coverage attorneys who handle cases in Texas and throughout the U.S., working with domestic and foreign insurers. Key Responsibilities
Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters Draft coverage opinion and coverage position letters Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the State of Texas 1+ years of defense litigation preferred Experience in areas of insurance coverage such as coverage opinions is a plus Experience in both third-party and first-party claims is a plus Coverage analysis and writing experience is a plus Superior analytical and research skills Excellent written and oral communication skills #LI-NK1 Why Should You Apply?
