Legal Administrative Assistant , you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to attorneys and legal professionals—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service to clients and colleagues. This position is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is eager to contribute to high-level legal work. Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to multiple attorneys, leveraging knowledge of practice-specific tasks and priorities Draft, format, edit, and proofread legal documents, client communications, and presentations with precision Maintain and organize electronic and paper files using firm-approved systems and repositories Collaborate with Legal Executive Assistants and Legal Support Assistants on larger projects or coverage needs Assist with workflow management, including time entry, expense reports, and task tracking Manage billing-related tasks, including prebill reviews, approvals, coordination with billing teams, and timely delivery of final bills Serve as a trusted administrative advisor to attorneys, handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Regularly communicate project updates and offer support or escalate as necessary to ensure deadlines are met Desired Skills and Competencies

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal High level of professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively across teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with legal software such as iManage, Aderant, DocXTools, Innova, or similar tools Ability to adapt to new technologies and use AI-powered tools for document production and legal research Solid understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and law firm best practices Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Capable of working independently and under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail Experience using collaboration platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting attorneys in a law firm or professional services environment Core Expectations
