Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST We are partnering with a reputable law firm seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to provide seamless support during a team member's leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and proactive professional who thrives working independently in a small office setting. The Role
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and business professionals, including document revisions, calendar management, and travel arrangements. Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate schedules. Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Work autonomously in a small office, handling a broad range of administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision. Experience
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm (required). Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize competing deadlines effectively. Strong document production skills, including redlining, formatting, and proofreading. Experience managing attorney calendars, travel, and meeting coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with lawyers, clients, and firm departments. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
