Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A respected regional litigation firm is actively seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Asheville, North Carolina office. This position offers meaningful responsibility across a broad spectrum of civil litigation cases, including personal injury, commercial disputes, insurance defense, and construction defects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience, a strong foundation in legal research and writing, and a willingness to work in a hybrid setting in the Western NC region.
