Build pipeline across the Americas Enterprise business using multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, gifting) in partnership with the ABM team. Tell compelling stories that convey Udemy Business value to key customers and new-to-brand leaders. Leverage sales tools to drive efficiency, review metrics, and optimize processes (Salesloft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qualified, Orum, Gong). Collaborate with Account Executives to identify buying signals and develop action plans to raise brand awareness and set meetings. Master core sales skills: call effectiveness, time management, territory planning, sales tools, and digital strategy. Strong experience in a customer-facing role with an interest in a future career in sales. 1+ year of lead qualification, business development, or similar experience with a track record of success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. A growth mindset; openness to feedback and continuous learning. Compensation and Benefits
