Recruiting Analyst - Sourcing & Research
Location:
Remote (Midwest or East Coast)
Salary:
$120,000–$145,000 base + up to 10% commissions; OTE $180,000–$220,000
Travel:
40-50%

Key Responsibilities
Lead sales initiatives within the assigned region and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including municipalities, engineering firms, and industrial clients.
Oversee contract negotiations and drive the closure of new projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create competitive proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within water and wastewater treatment.
Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
