As a Solution Consultant at Talus Pay, you will set appointments and interact with businesses of all sizes across industries, offering a solution that saves money and increases efficiency. You may also have the opportunity to sell outside your market, developing and selling new business through business walks, networking, and referral programs.
What does a great Solution Consultant do?
We’re looking for energetic, tech-savvy, results-driven sellers for a field-based Solution Consultant position on the short-sales-cycle merchant services sales team. You will offer a customizable and dependable point of sale system designed to drive business efficiency, enable more payment types, help protect transactions, and grow business with our suite of value-added products.
What You Will Do
Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, supplemented by referrals from relationships you build.
Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management and cross consulting.
Represent the values of ethical standards and treating others with dignity, respect, and genuine concern.
Commit fully to our 12-week program without interruption.
What You Will Need To Have
Prior experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium-sized clients.
Experience with cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
Experience developing a plan to build your pipeline and generate top-line revenue growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter is a must.
Compensation for Outside Solution Consultant (B2B Sales)
NO cap on earning potential
Guaranteed base pay
Monthly commission income with high residual split
Bi-weekly new account signing bonuses
