The Challenge
We are looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise. Account Executives have a critical role to deliver new client acquisition in zero-base accounts while ensuring successful relationships and revenue growth with existing customers.
Your Mission
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for consistently generating, qualifying, and executing opportunities that support our customers in becoming more trusted and to drive revenue for OneTrust. AEs use industry knowledge and value-based sales skills to create the best solutions and solve complex customer problems, bringing useful insights and best practices to customers and prospects.
As An Account Executive, Enterprise, You Will
Meet or exceed quota Generate pipeline and maintain prospecting activity even while closing deals Identify and engage stakeholders, leaders, and champions to drive sales strategy Collaborate with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accounts Conduct two-sided discovery and clear communication to understand needs and articulate solutions Understand competitors and differentiate OneTrust’s solutions Build customer relationships as a trusted advisor Manage and optimize a targeted geographic territory
You Are
You are a hunter with a consultative approach. You bring curiosity, integrity, and leadership. You communicate effectively with C-level executives and maintain disciplined sales processes and CRM hygiene.
Your Experience Includes
Strong experience selling B2B Enterprise software or related technologies (ideally 5–7 years), with flexibility for the right candidate Experience in Value Selling Proven track record of landing net new logos while growing and supporting key accounts Experience running sales presentations/demos Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
Extra Awesome
Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk management, Compliance Experience selling into Information Security departments CIPP/E or CIPM certified Trained in Command of Message
Compensation and Location
For certain U.S. locations, the annual base pay range is listed below. Individual pay is determined by location, skills, experience, and education. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits. Salary Range $115,000—$125,000 USD
