Responsibilities
Provide legal expertise on matters related to product liability, including risk assessment and litigation.
Develop and implement legal strategies in complex litigation cases involving product liability.
Represent clients in court hearings and trials, effectively advocating for their interests.
Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product liability law, with a proven track record of success in litigation.
Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex legal disputes.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations related to product liability.
