As a Consulting Products Liability Attorney, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing top-tier legal services to a diverse clientele. This role will involve working on complex litigation cases involving product liability, providing sound legal advice, and shaping our clients' legal strategies. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation, including taking depositions, attending hearings and trials, and negotiating settlements. This role is ideal for a seasoned attorney who is well-versed in product liability law and is looking to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities

Provide legal expertise on matters related to product liability, including risk assessment and litigation. Develop and implement legal strategies in complex litigation cases involving product liability. Represent clients in court hearings and trials, effectively advocating for their interests. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all necessary facts and evidence for each case. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product liability law, with a proven track record of success in litigation. Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex legal disputes.
