Car Sales Consultant . The role facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales.
Responsibilities
Fully execute the sales process and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong CRM output and quality.
Utilize all trained sales skills, maintain clean paperwork, and recover missing documents.
Support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR.
Assist with vehicle photography and deliver cars to partner hubs as needed.
Support lot organization and merchandising; transport cars as needed.
Ensure all incoming vehicles are checked in and provide excellent customer service to support strong NPS scores.
Compensation Wage: $17 hour + sales-based commissions.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Car Sales Experience; valid Driver's License; capable of delivering support and results; able to succeed in a global matrix organization; goal oriented; identify and support business needs.
Valid Sales License required for the following states: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
