Our client, a leading law firm with a nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group, is seeking an experienced

Real Estate Paralegal

to join their team in

Atlanta, Chicago, or St. Louis . This is an exciting opportunity to support high-profile transactions across a wide range of asset classes, working closely with attorneys and leadership on complex deals from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Conduct and coordinate comprehensive due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related documents to identify potential issues. Draft, revise, and assemble real estate conveyance and financing documents. Manage the closing process for acquisitions, dispositions, and debt/equity financings—handling signature packages, tracking deliverables, satisfying recording requirements, and preparing detailed closing books. Prepare, file, and track UCC financing statements; order and analyze lien, litigation, and similar searches; ensure clean title for all matters. Support special projects involving legal research, reporting, and problem-solving. Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, title companies, surveyors, opposing counsel, and government agencies to ensure smooth and timely transactions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with a paralegal certificate. 5–7 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or title company. Strong expertise in title and survey review. Experience with large, complex transactions is highly preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF tools, document management systems, and timekeeping software. A proactive mindset and genuine interest in real estate law. The salary range for this role is
