Our Firm is currently hiring for experienced litigation attorneys! LOOKING FOR 1-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL LITIGATION. This individual will be a pillar of our team, adeptly handling a variety of real estate disputes and related litigation matters, while showcasing exceptional leadership in managing a team of paralegals and clerks. Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Types of Case Matters
We handle Partitions, Quiet Title Actions, Real Estate Fraud, Foreclosure Litigation, Purchase/Sale Disputes, Real Estate Agent Misrepresentations, Easement/Boundary Disputes, Eviction Defense, Estate Planning, and Probate Litigation. Show exceptional analytical acuity, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in drafting and reviewing transactional documents. Demonstrate the ability to conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice. Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions. Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans. Represent clients in court with confidence and poise, exhibiting exceptional communication skills. Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests. Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth. Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the California State Bar 1+ years of civil litigation experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment. 3.5 weeks of PTO/Paid Holidays Flexibility of Schedule - flexible scheduling, allowing extra time off without penalties, even if PTO or sick days have been used. Reasonable and predictable workload with active calendar control support Hybrid Schedule - Choose the days you come into the office and the days you work at home.
