Overview
A reputable and growing civil litigation defense firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience to join their team in the Las Colinas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a high-volume, fast-paced practice with a diverse caseload and strong team support.
Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Jobot. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
Manage cases from initial filing through trial, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, and courtroom appearances.
Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
Prepare legal documents, including discovery responses, motions, and trial materials.
Argue motions, attend hearings, and represent clients effectively in court.
Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to develop litigation strategies.
Stay current with legal trends and procedural updates relevant to civil defense.
Work independently and as part of a collaborative team, exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Minimum of 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
Confident oral advocacy and negotiation capabilities.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
