We’re looking for a driven individual to join our Washington State business within construction management. This position offers

huge growth potential

in an open territory. Key Responsibilities

Achieve a minimum annual target of

$300,000

in fees. Develop and manage a robust client base through a targeted business development plan. Build new relationships and manage existing client accounts. Negotiate fees and implement service agreements. Advise clients on tailored recruitment solutions. Attend industry events and client meetings to represent Taylor Ryan. Manage multiple job assignments and candidate sourcing processes efficiently. What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in a 360 recruitment agency role. Proven track record in sales and recruitment, ideally within construction (general contractors, subcontractors, real estate developers). A track record of working within the Washington and Oregon markets is an asset. History of billing

$300k+

annually. Qualities: Strong initiative, drive, self-motivation, and ambition. Resilience and integrity. Professionalism and maturity with a sense of accountability. Competitive salary with an

uncapped commission structure

paid monthly. Up to

25 days PTO

plus public holidays. Work from home to start, transitioning to a hybrid model after 6 months. Eligibility for our
