At Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC), that’s exactly what you’ll do—every single day. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruiter to join our growing Dallas team. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, negotiation, and successful placements. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your recruitment skills in fast-growing industries while being part of a high-performing, people-first culture. As a 360 Recruiter, you will: Drive business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships Source, qualify, and place top-tier candidates into niche roles across the renewable energy and sustainability sectors Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates to ensure long-term success Collaborate with internal delivery teams to maximize results and drive client satisfaction Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and emerging markets What We’re Looking For We want ambitious recruiters with proven experience who are ready to step into a role with real ownership and unlimited potential. 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience (agency preferred) – open to any market/specialty Strong track record in business development and account management Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated Passionate about making an impact in industries that matter—renewables, sustainability, and critical infrastructure What You’ll Get in Return Competitive Compensation
