Job Duties/Responsibilities
Providing and managing legal support for transactions and other matters in connection with real property assets. Assistance with support in connection with both asset purchase and equity transactions involving real property assets. Assisting with legal support for transactions involving joint use of utility poles and infrastructure with telecommunications companies. Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, options, closing documents, leases and licenses, easements/servitudes, and other agreements. Advising senior attorneys and company management on real estate matters. Providing legal and transactional support, as needed, for storm, restoration, and other emergency events. Minimum Qualifications
Senior Counsel: 5+ years of experience as an attorney with transactional commercial real estate experience. Assistant General Counsel: 12+ years of experience as an attorney with transactional commercial real estate experience. Juris Doctor degree is required. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Needed
Broad-based knowledge and experience with title insurance and survey matters. Ability to perform well in team-oriented environments and interact with members of senior and executive management. Ability to manage multiple unrelated matters and meet deadlines and client expectations. EEO Statement
