As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. Using your talents, technology passion, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate in-store experience. In this role, you will: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues. Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself while connecting with customers and having fun. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need. Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. What We Offer

Benefits are subject to plan documents or insurance policy terms. We pay attention to performance: sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly pay with uncapped commissions. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period: at least 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave is provided as required by state law where applicable. What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (e.g., November through December). At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their start date. The class may include overnight travel. Online training will be required throughout employment. After You Apply
