About the Role

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of outreach campaigns that support nonprofit causes. From coaching your team and managing events to analyzing performance, your work will directly influence campaign success and long-term community impact. Responsibilities

Lead and Manage: Supervise daily outreach activities and ensure smooth event operations Team Development: Coach, motivate, and guide your team to hit outreach and fundraising goals Campaign Representation: Represent nonprofit clients at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns Event Execution: Handle scheduling, logistics, and on-site support for outreach events Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, evaluate team performance, and provide constructive feedback Leadership Training: Participate in ongoing professional development, planning meetings, and skill-building workshops Support Growth: Maintain records and contribute to the long-term growth of our nonprofit campaigns What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience—just the passion to lead, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a difference. Ideal Candidates

Are 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Hold a high school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus) Have some experience in

sales ,

retail ,

customer service , or

event marketing Possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership potential Thrive in fast-paced, people-focused environments Are proactive, coachable, and driven to lead by example Have flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends What We Offer
