As a
Marketing Communications Assistant , you’ll work alongside our experienced marketing and advertising team to plan, execute, and manage
direct-to-consumer campaigns . Your work will help
increase brand visibility, drive engagement , and
support vital social causes
through
live events, local promotions, and community outreach . Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of
client-specific marketing campaigns Support
in-store promotions, brand activations , and
community engagement events Drive
brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition Represent nonprofit clients professionally during
in-person marketing and outreach efforts Collaborate with
Brand Ambassador teams
to coordinate campaign logistics and execution Evaluate customer eligibility for service offerings (training provided) Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams and campaign partners Help senior staff with
advertising strategies
and
client-specific marketing projects Build brand recognition through
experiential marketing
and
grassroots outreach Who We're Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are
motivated, team-oriented , and eager to learn. Experience is a plus, but not required—we provide
paid training

Have excellent
verbal communication and interpersonal skills Are
reliable , energetic, and excited about face-to-face marketing Work well both independently and as part of a team Are
goal-driven , organized, and eager to grow professionally Enjoy

marketing, communications, or business development Are available to work
full-time , including occasional weekends for special events Are open to
limited travel
