Optometrist – Rocky Mount, NC Join Our Team as a Full-time Optometrist at Rocky Mount Eye, PA! Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye exams and vision tests
Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
Prescribe and fit contact lenses
Perform visual field testing and optical coherence tomography
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
Required Skills
Doctor of Optometry degree
Experience in eye care and contact lens fitting
Proficiency in visual field testing and ocular disease management
Knowledge of keratometry, glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy
Strong skills in refraction and prescription dispensing
Nice To Have Skills
Experience in cataract and postoperative care
Knowledge of ophthalmology and primary eye care
Ability to perform patient recall and manage visual acuity
