Clinical Excellence: Join three busy academic surgeons specialized in facial plastic reconstructive and cosmetic surgery at the Otolaryngology Clinic and Strong Memorial Hospital, supported by a collaborative team and a robust referral network across the greater Rochester region. Academic Opportunities: Engage in teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives within an academic environment that values innovation and collaboration. Resident teaching is expected, and scholarly activities are strongly encouraged. Protected research time and resources are available for candidates seeking a career as a clinician-scientist. Flexible Practice Design: Opportunity for subspecialty focus areas such as cosmetic procedures, facial plastics, and facial trauma reconstruction. Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Commitment to clinical excellence, teaching, and scholarly activity. Building a cosmetic practice and interest or experience in oculoplastic procedures is desirable. Ability to practice the full range of facial plastic surgery and reconstruction. Competitive salary range:
