Sibley’s 318-bed non-profit, full-service acute care hospital offers medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic, skilled nursing inpatient services, and a 24-hour Emergency Department. The Renaissance Skilled Nursing Facility is an interdisciplinary rehabilitation program tailored to help people become more independent. It serves as a bridge between acute care and return to home or alternative living, providing a more focused and consistent level of support and attention than in a traditional rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation program. Support patients transitioning from acute care to home or alternative living situations. Unit / Schedule
Unit: Renaissance Skilled Nursing/Acute Rehab Schedule: Full-time 36 hours/week, benefitted Shift: 12-hour Day shift Minimum Education And Experience
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia Graduation from an accredited RN program 1+ year RN experience AHA BLS card (Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program will be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 36 months.) Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: Minimum $41.99/hour - Maximum $65.18/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
