GENERAL FUNCTION: A Pearle Vision Licensed Operator (Franchisee) is seeking an Optometrist to provide high-quality optometric care and professional services at their location. The terms of employment, practice model (Employed or Independent), pay structure, benefits, and hours are negotiated directly with the Licensed Operator.

Licensed owners are independent business owners affiliated with Luxottica Retail North America, which also owns LensCrafters, Sears Optical, Target Optical, and Sunglass Hut. Since 1981, Pearle Vision has been a prominent franchise in North America with over 600 locations.

This role does not involve ownership or franchise purchase; it is to work as an employed or independent optometrist at a current Pearle Vision location.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide high-quality optometric care and services.

Establish positive relationships with patients.

Conduct all services following clinical protocols and accepted standards.

Ensure accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations.

Create value through excellent patient service and the Pearle Vision experience.

Collaborate with store teams and leadership to foster a safe and motivating environment.

Maintain office quality systems.

Help position Pearle Vision as a leading optical provider in the community.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited optometry school.

Licensed to practice optometry in the state of practice.

DPA and TPA certified.

Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
