Overview The Application Analyst III is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of the designated application. They are primarily responsible for the overall build of the workflows, system configurations, change documentation and support of operations for the application. They are self-directed and work with minimal supervision and are a knowledge resource for Application Analysts I & II. The Application Analyst III is responsible for the installation, upgrades and the configuration of the application. The Application Analyst III assists in the coordination of customer support activities. The Application Analyst III creates the test scripts for the application, executes the test scripts, and documents all test outcomes, including advanced troubleshooting skills and support these activities apply to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives. The Application Analyst III is responsible for addressing customer or build issues, recommending mitigation plans and escalating more complex issues above their knowledge base. The Application Analyst III also provides on-call support for the application through go-live and ongoing maintenance period.

Responsibilities Support the design and build of the designated application, including the overall build of workflows and system configurations.

Document change and provide support for operations for the application.

Install, upgrade, and configure the application.

Coordinate customer support activities and assist in issue resolution.

Create, execute, and document test scripts and outcomes; apply advanced troubleshooting skills during implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives.

Address customer or build issues, recommend mitigation plans, and escalate complex issues as needed.

Provide on-call support for the application through go-live and ongoing maintenance.

Education

Preferred - Bachelor s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience

Minimum- Associate s degree with four or more years of relevant work experience

Work Experience

Preferred 5+ years prior Epic build experience, Demonstrated ability to support and develop the application and mentor others

Licenses and Certifications: Minimum Certification in Epic Research and/or Genomics module
