Application Analyst II at RWJBarnabas Health. This role focuses on design, build, configuration, testing, and support of the designated application, including go-live and ongoing maintenance. The position involves collaboration with operations, training, and other teams to ensure proper deployment and operation of the application. Responsibilities
Support the design and build of the designated application, including workflows and system configurations. Install, upgrade, and configure the application; coordinate customer support activities. Develop test scripts, execute tests, document outcomes, troubleshoot, and support implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives. Address customer or build issues, recommend mitigation plans, and escalate complex issues after research. Provide on-call application support through go-live and ongoing maintenance. Execute application design and build, optimize workflows, and utilize external resources for best practices. Collaborate with Operations to optimize application capabilities and workflows; maintain build standards and environment synchronization. Provide go-live support and ongoing application support; participate in governance and project workgroups. Maintain documentation of changes, tickets, and decisions; communicate with customers and project teams. Develop test scripts for new systems and comply with version upgrades and system modifications. Qualifications
Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience. Work Experience: Preferred 3+ years of prior system build experience; demonstrated ability to support the application; experience with the specified customer base; ability to work with moderate supervision. Licenses and Certifications: Minimum certification in the specified application as applicable; maintain certification via New Version Training (NVT) as applicable; clinical licensure preferred or required for certain clinical applications as specified in Job Aid.
