Responsibilities
Optimize system performance and dataflow management.
Conduct network performance data captures.
Minimize latency and maximize throughput through design analysis and monitoring tools.
Contribute to the design of the network and mission architecture.
Design, configure, deploy, and maintain network devices and interfaces.
Configure and optimize network connections between components.
Gather data to specify system and interface requirements.
Implement network solutions supporting server requirements, including VPNs, firewalls, VoIP, NAT, and security protocols.
Maintain network diagrams and accreditations.
Support all network equipment and oversee operations.
Develop network designs to meet partner requirements.
Manage tasks and guide junior engineers.
Ensure hardware and software compliance with ISO 9000 and DoD/IC regulations.
Requirements
Must hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph; U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent experience as specified.
Cisco certification required.
Desired Skills
Experience with Arista EOS, security hardening, and secure protocols.
Knowledge of L2/L3 network services like VPN, QoS, and segmentation.
Proficiency with Wireshark, Tcpdump, or NetFlow for troubleshooting.
Benefits
Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 based on experience.
Up to 20% 401k contribution, vested from day 1.
Market-competitive hourly rates.
$3,400 HSA contribution.
5 weeks paid time off.
