Job Title: ERP Manager (JD Edwards)
Compensation: $150,000 base salary + benefits + bonus eligibility

Location: Hybrid (minimum 4 days onsite per week, Midwest-based HQ)

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven ERP Manager to lead the management, technical design, and development of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE/E1) systems. This role will oversee the ERP landscape, including orchestrations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. The ERP Manager will provide technical leadership, partner with business stakeholders, and manage a small ERP team, ensuring stability, scalability, and alignment with enterprise needs. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical expertise in JDE and experience managing ERP projects, vendors, and internal staff. Key Responsibilities
Lead the management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring system alignment with business and industry best practices. Oversee ERP system upgrades, enhancements, and patches, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Partner with Finance and other business units to gather requirements and deliver JDE solutions (GL, AP, AR, FA, Payroll). Troubleshoot ERP system issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of production challenges. Maintain ERP data integrity, security, and compliance. Manage, mentor, and develop ERP support team members, setting clear goals and performance expectations. Coordinate with third-party consultants and vendors for specialized system support. Keep informed on emerging ERP trends, technologies, and best practices to guide future ERP strategy. Must-Have Requirements
10+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience, including Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Payroll). 5+ years of leadership experience in IT/ERP management. Strong technical knowledge of JD Edwards files, relationships, and data integrity. Proven experience with ERP upgrades, orchestrations, and custom development. Background in ERP project management with ability to manage changing portfolios and vendor relationships. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
