Annual Bonus Job Summary

Job Summary Provide project management/field support services. Including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, tracking, procurement, document control, quality, and managing multiple projects. Essential Functions

Read project contract and standard or special provisions as well as all project documents and client/customer requirements Approve construction master schedule, project budget, subcontract agreements, and monthly pay applications for work completed Attend progress meetings with owner/client and internal meetings to monitor the progress of work based on the construction schedule and address any issues/questions as they arise Control field costs, schedule, and quality to ensure project objectives are being met Complete project forecasts, cost to complete, anticipated profit, and close out documentation Assist with the preparation/development of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) through the development of the project specific approach Assist in the preparation/development of Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM), to include Design- Build (DB), Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), and Job Order Contracting (JOC) Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of Design Phase Services Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal/budgets Participate in the pre-construction services management activities through scoping meetings, pre-bid meetings, design review meetings, comment resolution meetings, as well as reviewing all project documents Assist in maintaining the flow of design documentation and pre-construction services Attend construction progress review meetings Report monthly the actual estimate of the project costs versus the original estimate Leadership Qualities

Act as a company representative on all matters relating to disputes and grievances per company and project specific policies Be responsive to owner/client and management Adhere to decision-making procedures so decisions and conflicts are handled at the lowest possible level Promote an atmosphere of team building with the owner/client and team Conduct yourself in an exemplary manner, setting a good example for all team members to Handle all problems/issues All problems/issues must be brought into the open and resolved as soon as possible Anticipate and minimize potential negative problems with field activities, owner/employee attitudes, or other outside factors Promote a site safety program to help maintain a safe site in compliance with company, client/customer and government requirements and regulations with the help of the Assistant Project Manager, General Superintendent, Superintendent, Foreman, and Safety Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering preferred 5+ years experience in dry utility project management Ability to manage multiple jobs at a time Attention to detail and high sense of urgency Experience scheduling, forecasting, and submittals Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with B2W, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Strong customer focus and the ability to establish/maintain relationships with team members, contractors, officials, vendors, and other outside contacts Team player Bilingual Spanish a plus Culture Index
