Our team is currently seeking
AI/ML Engineers
who will design, build, and deploy machine learning systems that form the intelligence layer of our ITSM platform. You will work on problems such as natural language understanding of IT tickets, dynamic knowledge extraction, intelligent workflow automation, and predictive insights from complex IT infrastructure data. This is a hands-on engineering role with the opportunity to define the AI foundation of a company from day one. Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate core infrastructure (Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, networking, service mesh) Own deployment pipelines and automation to accelerate developer productivity Implement monitoring, alerting, and SRE practices using Datadog to achieve high availability and reliability Partner with product engineers to optimize workloads across APIs, data pipelines, and AI inference services Ensure scalability, security and resilience for a SaaS platform used by large enterprise customers Build with security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) in mind from the start Continuously improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of cloud infrastructure Contribute to internal tooling, documentation, and best practices for infrastructure Qualifications
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a top-tier engineering school Experience: 5+ years as a Platform, Infrastructure, or DevOps Engineer in SaaS environments serving large enterprise customers Languages/Tools: Strong in Python, Go, or similar; proficient with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Docker Cloud: Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure DevOps: Hands-on with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Argo, or equivalent) Observability: Expert in Datadog (dashboards, APM, logging, alerts, SLOs) Mindset: Systems thinker, automation-first, thrives in high-velocity startup environments Bonus: Background with graph databases, AI/ML infrastructure, or security engineering What We Offer
