Overview

Senior IT Services Administrator role at T & T Supermarket. Reporting to the Manager - System Support, the System Support Administrator is responsible for effective provision, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure as well as to provide first level support for business applications in ensuring IT operations are running smoothly. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain installation, operational and configuration procedures Install new / rebuild existing servers / workstations / network equipment and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project / operational requirements Contribute to and maintain system standards Perform daily system monitoring - verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions and follow up Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary Perform system software maintenance, and apply operating system patches and upgrades in accordance with the IT system maintenance procedures, also upgrade administrative tools and utilities, configure / add new services as necessary Perform Day-end verification check ensuring all data are being processed accurately and on time Provide first level IT hardware and software support per request from various users – investigate, troubleshoot, repair and recover; create, change and delete user accounts per request Manage and support mobile devices (i.e. phone, tablet) with MDM, audiovisual (AV) system and CCTV systems Provide support on Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System (i.e. Micro Thermo) Maintain IT hardware and software inventory as required Perform any other duties assigned by the superior(s) Qualifications

A diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or Commerce is preferred 3-5 years experiences in Microsoft Office365 and the products i.e. Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Flows, and Form 3-5 years experiences in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services 3-5 years experiences in Microsoft Exchange Services Be familiar with various MS Windows based system hardware and software administration including but not limited to M365 suite, VMware, operating system, database system, networking, computer operation or system programming Knowledge and hands on experience of PowerShell scripts Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services, internet technologies and mobile technologies would be an asset Good communication skills, possess systematic & analytical problem-solving ability Service oriented with good interpersonal and customer relations skills Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and responsiveness in completing tasks Able to work on after office hours, statutory holidays and weekend Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin preferred) and English is a must Benefits
