Overview
As an AI/ML Engineer you will design and implement advanced language models that power customer service automation, personalized shopping experiences, and operational insights. You will build, fine-tune, and deploy solutions such as chatbots, voice assistants, search optimization, and sentiment analysis. Your work will directly enhance customer engagement, reduce service costs, and improve overall shopping journeys across online and in-store channels. Responsibilities

Build, fine-tune, and deploy solutions such as chatbots, voice assistants, search optimization, and sentiment analysis. Contribute to improvements in customer engagement, cost reduction in services, and shopping journey enhancements across online and in-store channels. Skills & Requirements
Strong expertise in natural language processing techniques (text classification, entity recognition, conversational AI, LLM fine-tuning). Proficiency in Python, NLP/ML frameworks (Transformers, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proficiency with RAG, Graph RAG, Agentic Orchestration, LangChain, and success metric monitoring. Experience building and deploying chatbots, virtual assistants, or search/recommendation systems in retail or e-commerce. Ability to work with large datasets, unstructured text, and multilingual content to improve model performance. Strong collaboration skills to partner with product managers, data scientists, and retail operations teams. Experience: 5-8 Years Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Based on the position, the role is eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
