Circuit Design Engineering Manager , you will lead the development of the

Network IPT

for the weapons system with an emphasis on the Missile Computer, Thrust Vector Control, Networking and Communications Bus architecture and design. Responsibilities

Provide leadership on a fast-paced team from requirements through development and production. Coordinate between functional groups during the product development life cycle. Communicate technical status and issues internally to program leadership, technical leadership and functional leadership, as well as externally to the customer. Conduct personnel management for a portion of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Tactical Avionics team. Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection, and training. Oversee performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Participate in technical reviews and audits. To be effective in this role, you will need

Project lead in electronics hardware design with a track record of meeting technical, schedule, and cost objectives. 8+ years professional experience. While no clearance is needed to start this position, you will need to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance; US Citizenship is required. Desired skills

Experience with the development of the Flight Control and Network Subsystems for the weapons system with emphasis on the Missile Computer, Thrust Vector Control, Networking and Communications Bus architecture and design. Demonstrated experience with processors, computer networking and Guidance, Navigation and Control (GNC) hardware. Demonstrated experience with Avionics Architecture (physical / functional). Understanding of analog and digital circuit design and analysis. Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics. Experience with Test and Measurement Equipment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Aerospace experience supporting development of Flight Hardware. Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) or Responsible Systems Engineering (RSE) experience. Missile System design experience. Supply chain technical oversight experience including proposal support and technical evaluations. Demonstrated experience with electronics packaging. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills for diverse audiences (customer reviews, management meetings, etc.). Other Information
