Location – Joint Base San Antonio, TX Job Title: Information Operations Intelligence (IO-Intel) Cyber Instructor/Developer Level – Senior Job Description X Technologies is seeking an IO-Intel Cyber Instructor/Developer with cyber related knowledge and Qualifications to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) from Joint Base San Antonio, TX. What You'll Be Doing

Leverage knowledge and Qualifications relating to military planning and assessment at the Tactical, Operational and Strategic level. Apply this understanding to staffing of deception activities and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) plans. Demonstrate field experience in Public Affairs, Strategic Communications and a general understanding of signature movement; familiarity with common processes utilized by the Air component desired. Augment and support the government and the 39 IOS in accomplishing its training mission and mission support tasks. Understand the 39 IOS mission, the cyber training ranges and Weapon Systems associated with the training requirements. Augment and support mission operations in course development, research, analysis, curriculum development, curriculum instruction, and curriculum evaluation in unclassified and classified environments. Plan, contribute to, research, and analyze Joint and service-specific training documents in accordance with government directions, guidance, and milestones. Plan, contribute to, research, and analyze Joint and service-specific operations, activities and plans for Information Warfare (IW). This includes current and future organizations, teams, plans, operations, systems, and actions involved with cyber and IW operations. Plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct SAP/SAR material to perform certain functions and technologies for integration into the curriculum and mission systems where applicable. Plan, contribute to, research, and analyze Joint and service-specific TTPs and threats. Analyze Operations in the Information Environment to ensure training systems are current and aligned with objectives for each course requiring integration into the curriculum and mission systems where applicable. Review feedback from internal and external sources to ensure currency, consistency, and quality of course material. Observe and participate in exercises to document the latest processes and lessons learned for curriculum relevance. Survey IW team members to fill information gaps and incorporate real-world examples into curricula. Support course planning and development for formal training courses, lessons, and related courseware material. Develop curriculum in accordance with applicable requirements and audit courseware for accuracy, flow, balance and clarity in line with SOPs/Instructions/OIs and directives. Provide documentation for design, development, revision, and administration of training. Utilize ISD, ADDIE Model, Bloom's taxonomy, and SAMR for course development and future competency modeling as learning levels change. Assist in Training Systems Requirements Analysis (MTA, TRA, OMA, TSBA) and provide instructional strategies and syllabus maps. Analyze tasks and create TTLs and KSAs, mapping them to Bloom's taxonomy for learning progression. Collaborate with colleges, universities, industry, and Government agencies to update courses with new information. Review guidance, technical documents and manuals to ensure training effectiveness. Assess training needs via surveys, interviews, feedback, site visits, and planning teams; recommend curriculum improvements. Work with SMEs to incorporate new material into courseware. Audit and analyze student testing policies for compliance; manage LMS-based testing and critiques. Audit course materials for grammar, format, and classification IAW SOPs/Instructions/OIs, ACC Instructions, and Joint Directives. Provide courseware documentation support and update Master Course Files as part of SDC. Operate LMS tools to build tests, schedule classes, manage rosters, and grade tests; proctor tests as required. Provide instructor evaluation as per unit requirements and complete trainer certification. Perform curriculum quality assurance audits for 39 IOS lessons and assist in authoring cognitive and performance objectives and test questions. Review curriculum for accuracy and relevancy per directives. Provide courseware documentation support and version control for course materials and media. Support test administration, critique creation, and test management within LMS tools. Plan, design, and develop e-learning products and mission simulator environments for training missions and evaluations. Validate course schedules and deliverables; provide lesson materials in soft and hard copies. Assist in records management, counseling and remediation for students, and translate complex concepts to appropriate learning levels. What Required Qualifications You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in a Social Science field) or approved equivalent experience 10 years of cyber related knowledge and qualifications Experience staffing deception activities and/or MISO plans with explicit knowledge of the 7 step MISO planning process Field experience in Public Affairs and Strategic Communications with general understanding of signature management and common Air Component processes 400+ instructor hours (on-podium) or CCAF ISO Certification Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS occasionally; must have a current passport or able to acquire within the first 60 days of employment Clearance - Top Secret/SCI
