The School of Ministry is a dynamic community of scholars and practitioners dedicated to equipping students for ministry, missions, and leadership in diverse contexts. The Role

The successful candidate will bring a deep commitment to Christian higher education, a passion for Philosophy of Religion scholarship, and the administrative acumen to support academic excellence across the School of Ministry. This position combines strategic oversight of academic programs, curriculum development, faculty support, and accreditation processes with teaching, mentoring, and research. Key Responsibilities

Leads academic program planning, scheduling, and assessment. Supports faculty development and evaluation. Coordinates accreditation documentation and compliance (ATS, SACSCOC). Teaches undergraduate courses in Apologetics and graduate courses in Philosophy for the M.A. in Philosophy of Religion program and related disciplines. Mentors students in academic, professional, and spiritual formation. Collaborates with the Dean and university leadership on strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Doctorate in Philosophy, required. (AOS: Open, with preference for Epistemology or Philosophy of Mind, AOC: Philosophy of Religion). Congregational ministry experience is preferred. Must have a proven record of effective teaching, scholarly engagement, and academic leadership. Proven interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Requires a commitment to the integration of faith and learning. Alignment with the World Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith is required. Seniority level
