Overview
ADP is hiring a Learning Design Consultant/Instructional Designer. In this role, you will focus primarily on applying efficient and agile design approaches to develop innovative, engaging learning solutions, using ADP learning design standards and tools, to meet the learning needs of ADP associates and clients. No two days are the same. You will create design documents, test and deploy content, conduct needs assessments across multiple business lines, establish training plans, oversee translations, measure results, and more. You will aim to appeal to multi-generational talent and the modern learner by partnering across the learning organization and applying innovative instructional design techniques. You can create compelling content and convey ideas to many levels of an organization. To thrive in the role, you have two years of experience in the learning development field. You have independently designed and developed training in various modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, and more) and can manage multiple projects with deadlines. You are a continuous learner focused on personal development and business process improvement to meet ADP design standards. What you'll do
Innovation : Seek opportunities to apply innovative design thinking to projects and keep ADP's approach to learning design up to date with the products and solutions ADP offers. Flexibility and Agility : Adapt to changing business requirements, projects, and resources and use agile approaches to meet business needs. Design : Design holistic solutions that engage team members and business partners in the design process to ensure flexible solutions addressing learners' unique needs and considering work environment impact on learning. Development : Develop solutions across a broad set of modalities and tools, avoid redundancy, and apply continuous learning and performance support concepts. Learning Outcomes : Measure outcomes and ensure learning solutions deliver the intended business impact. Continuous Learner : Focus on personal development and business process improvement to elevate ADP learning design standards and drive adoption; build networks inside and outside ADP. To succeed in this role:
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, and/or technical writing (write, design, edit, and maintain documentation and training materials). A college degree is helpful but not required. If you don't have a degree, acceptable experiences include: Experience noted above, or Military Experience. We value the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities you have developed and offer an environment to continue making a meaningful impact. Preferred Qualifications Experience with eLearning tools such as Synthesia, Captivate, Articulate 360, TechSmith Camtasia, SnagIt, Audacity, and Vyond; ability to quickly learn new tools. Experience conducting learning needs analysis. Experience using a Learning Management System (e.g., Litmos). Experience with simple graphic design.

Some roles may include additional compensation such as bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $47,400.00 - USD $96,300.00 per year.
