Provide customer service to employees related to personnel security questions and actions. Administer security procedures (NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 series, ICD 705, JSIG) in a classified environment, including personnel processing, media control, marking and control of documents/materials, security education, visitor control, and destruction of classified materials. Support specialized procedures for the transmission of classified and/or proprietary material/information. Conduct and/or participate in internal reviews and/or Government inspections. Investigate security infractions/violations and prepare reports outlining potential loss or security risk to programs. Maintain personnel records and perform data entry. Willingness to work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment. Valid driver’s license required for escorting individuals across locations. Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with less than 2 years of relevant experience. Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 series, and ICD 705; experience in customer service; data entry or database management. Qualifications We Value

Degree major in Business Management, Security and/or Risk Management, Government Policy, Information Management, Criminal Justice, or related field. Experience in Personnel Security; experience using eSecurity, JADE, Access Commander and DISS. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. At least 4 years of National Security experience preferred; administrative and office management skills. Related training with DCSA/CDSE including SFPC. What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. Salary is a good faith estimate and may vary by experience, location, and other factors.
