The work you will do varies depending on the project, as well as your capabilities and experience. Project Managers are critical contributors to our team, and handle a combination of: Driving project scoping definition, schedule planning, budgeting tracking, working in Smartsheet, managing all aspects of meetings and deadlines scheduling and deliverables, and leading high performance project teams. Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and build strong relationships with Global Cybersecurity partners and project teams in IT and in the BUs. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands. Form strong project team relationships by leading and motivating team members, identifying and resolving blocks and conflicts. Coordinate efforts of team members, ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately and up to date in File shares and Smartsheet. Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through established change control process. Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks. Track and report on project milestones and provide weekly status report updates to Cybersecurity team and leadership. Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships. Responsibilities

Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints; build relationships with Global Cybersecurity partners and IT/BU teams. Create and execute project work plans; revise plans as needs change. Develop strong team relationships, identify and resolve blocks and conflicts. Ensure project documents are complete and up to date in File shares and Smartsheet. Manage change control processes for project scope changes. Identify risks and issues early and create action plans to mitigate them. Track milestones and provide weekly status updates to Cybersecurity leadership. Pursue opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships. Qualifications

BS degree in a related technical field. 5+ years of experience managing large, complex and transformative programs and projects such as software development, data center migrations or cloud computing strategies. PMP certification and prior experience in professional services working with enterprise clients is a plus. In-depth experience with key practices, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Strong business acumen, with experience working in a variety of industries and business areas. Demonstrated aptitude to understand a variety of technical domains and strategies regarding opportunities, challenges, risks and business impact. Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated experience leading project sessions, partnering with geographically dispersed teams, and identifying/resolving project and team risks and conflicts. Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and make things happen in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Experience in unstructured environments, positive attitude and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate effectively. Agile approach in personal work style, flexible and adept at dealing with ambiguity. Track record of building successful relationships, internally and externally.
