Faculty Attending Position- Neonatology

Faculty Position, Division of Neonatology, Department of Pediatrics, NYU Grossman School of Medicine, New York, New York
The NYU Grossman School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, is seeking a full-time neonatologist who will be on the clinical or clinician-educator track at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, based on experience and qualifications. This position involves clinical responsibilities primarily in two Level 4 NICUs at NYU Langone Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital Center.
Both NICUs are large Level 4 academic units providing care for patients with all medical and surgical neonatal diagnoses. The Division of Neonatology has 12 faculty members and 8 neonatal-perinatal fellows. NYU Langone Medical Center handles approximately 6,000 deliveries annually, while Bellevue Hospital Center has around 1,400 deliveries per year. The combined NICU admissions between the two hospitals total around 1,500 annually, with a total of 75 Level 4 NICU beds.
This position includes a significant teaching component, with active neonatology fellowship and pediatric residency programs. Depending on the mutually agreed academic track, well-qualified candidates may also pursue additional academic activities based on their interests and division needs.

Salary Range $260,000 - $270,000
