Develop and implement creative culinary solutions
to exceed customer expectations. Design enticing menus
for dining and catering services. Manage events
from planning to execution. Oversee inventory
to ensure product availability within budget. Train and develop team members
in food safety, preparation, and sanitation. Drive financial performance
by meeting food and labor targets, adhering to recipes and portion standards. Ensure compliance
with health and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience. Extensive catering experience preferred. Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet use.
